Most real estate photography in this region is priced on volume — thirty frames, flat light, wide lens, delivered same day. Fine for a €300k apartment. Wrong for a €3M finca.

We work at the other end: fewer, better frames, planned around the light, corrected on tripod, delivered with the kind of editorial polish that lets a buyer imagine themselves in the property before they arrive. Aerial context by an AESA-certified operator. Floorplans and virtual tours as needed. Full agency-ready delivery.

Exterior & garden

Facade, courtyards, pools, terraces, gardens, and the way the property meets the land. Shot in the light that flatters it, not whatever the schedule allowed.

Interior & living spaces

Living rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms, en-suites. Tripod, tilt-shift, verticals corrected. Natural light with subtle ambient fill.

AESA-certified drone

Aerial photography and video flown by a licensed commercial operator. Legal in restricted airspace on the coast, insured, and cinematographic in delivery.

Twilight sessions

The blue-hour hero shot that opens every serious listing. Warm interior light, cooling sky, everything balanced by hand.

Floorplans & tours

2D floorplans, 360° virtual tours, and vertical walkthrough reels for Instagram and TikTok. Delivered alongside the stills.

Agency & MLS delivery

How a listing shoot runs

  1. 01

    Brief

    A short call to understand the property, the price bracket, and the target buyer. We adjust the shot list accordingly.

  2. 02

    Light plan

    We plan the day around the sun, not the calendar — golden hour for the exterior, mid-morning for the pool, twilight for the hero.

  3. 03

    Shoot day

    Half or full day. Stills, drone and (optionally) video captured in one visit. Selects previewed live.

  4. 04

    Delivery

    7–10 working days. Full-res, portal-sized presets, floorplans if commissioned, and any video files. Usage rights included for the listing.

Do you carry drone insurance and AESA certification?
Yes. Our founder Dmytro Grama is an AESA-certified commercial drone operator with full liability insurance. Legal to fly in the restricted airspace along most of the Costa Brava coast.
How fast is delivery?
7–10 working days is standard for a real estate listing package. Rush delivery (48–72h) is available with a small surcharge.
Can you deliver in portal-specific formats?
Yes. We size and compress for Idealista, Kyero, Fotocasa, Habitaclia, James Edition, Sotheby's, Engel & Völkers and international MLS platforms.
Do you work with agencies directly?
Yes. We work with owners, private sellers, and directly with agencies — happy to invoice the agency and coordinate scheduling with the seller.
Is video included?
Video is quoted separately (from €590). Most premium listings pair 20–40 stills with one 60–90 second film and one drone reel.
