La Devesa
A new residential building taking shape next to Girona's Parc de la Devesa, developed by Girona Life Developers. Sixteen apartments across four levels, each oriented toward the 40 hectare park that sits just beyond the windows.
We worked with the project mid construction, before any of the final spaces had taken form. Aerial drone footage situates La Devesa within its setting, between Girona's historic centre and one of Catalonia's largest urban parks. Ground level photography documents the construction itself: the demolition, the foundations, the structural moments that buyers rarely see but always want to understand.
The work supports the developer's pre-sale marketing, giving prospective buyers a clear sense of the architecture and the place. Completion is scheduled for December 2028.

The brief
La Devesa is a new residential building by Girona Life Developers, sixteen apartments across four levels, sited next to the Parc de la Devesa — the largest urban park in Catalonia at roughly 40 hectares. Completion is scheduled for December 2028, which means the marketing has to run for years before there is a finished apartment to photograph.
That is the central problem with pre-sale developer work: the product does not exist yet. What can be shown is the site, the orientation, the relationship to the park and the old town, and the quality of the construction itself.
How we approached it
We worked with the project mid-construction. Aerial drone photography and video place the building in its setting: the distance to Girona's historic centre, the tree canopy of the Devesa directly across from the windows, the street pattern a buyer would actually walk. For an apartment sold on location, that context does more than a floor plan.
At ground level we documented the build — demolition, foundations, structural work — as an ongoing record. Buyers rarely see these stages, but they consistently want to understand them, and a developer who can show them is a developer who looks accountable.
What was delivered
Aerial stills and edited drone video for the pre-sale campaign, plus a ground-level construction record captured across site visits. All flights are planned around Spanish drone regulations and the airspace constraints of an urban site next to a protected park.
The material feeds the developer's sales pages, investor and buyer presentations, and the ongoing progress updates that keep a multi-year pre-sale campaign alive.
