Nº 04 — Process · 05 stages
How we work

Patient enough
to do it well.
Fast enough to launch.

A typical project runs ten to fourteen days from first call to delivery. Larger productions take longer. Here's how we get there.

Nº 01
The five stages

From the first call
to the final file.

Five · in order
Stage 01
~20 minutes

Discovery.

We start with a twenty-minute call. You tell us about the property, the owner story, the audience, the constraints. We listen. We ask a lot of questions. By the end of the call we know whether we're a fit and what the engagement might look like.

Stage 02
On-site, 2–3 hours

Walkthrough.

Before we point a camera at the property, we visit. Nastya walks the rooms, notices the light, finds the corners worth shooting. Dima checks the exterior, the airspace for drone flight, and any technical considerations for the website or automation work. We leave the walkthrough with a shoot plan and a proposal.

Stage 03
½ to 2 days

Production.

The shoot. Photography, video, drone, all on-site. We schedule for the right light, not the easy hour. Most shoots take a half day to a full day. Villa Signature engagements run across two days.

Stage 04
5–7 days

Edit & build.

We edit the photography, cut the video, build the website, design the identity. This is the most considered stage and the one most studios shortcut. We don't. Edits go through review.

Stage 05
3–4 days

Handover.

You see everything before launch. One round of revisions is included. Once you approve, we hand over keys, logins, and the final files. The work is yours.

Nº 03
From you

What we need
from you.

Four things

The best work happens when owners are present. We don't need much, but we need a few things.

01 · Access

Access to the property for the walkthrough and the shoot.

02 · Honesty

Honesty about the audience you're trying to reach.

03 · Decisiveness

Final decisions within forty-eight hours when we ask.

04 · Trust

Trust in the patient parts of the process.
