WEBSITES & BOOKING

Direct-booking websites, built for the property

We design and build direct-booking sites that let a property take reservations in its own name, not a platform's. Each one is shaped around how that property is actually booked: a villa by the week, a hotel room by the night, a masía by the season. Below are three prototypes from our brand explorations.

These are interactive prototypes. For the full experience, please view them on desktop.

INTEGRATIONS

Built to connect with the platforms you already use

Our booking sites integrate with the property management systems used across Spain and Europe:

  • Lodgify
  • Avantio
  • Smoobu
  • Guesty
  • Hostaway
  • Hospitable

What we build

Direct-booking websites for villas, boutique hotels, masías and the companies that manage them. Every site is built around one job: letting a guest who has already found the property book it without going back to a listing platform. That means fast pages, honest photography, clear availability, and a booking path that does not lose people between the room page and the payment screen.

How it connects

The website is only useful if it talks to the system the property already runs on. We integrate with the property management and channel systems hospitality clients actually use — Lodgify, Avantio, Smoobu, Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Mews — so availability, rates and reservations stay in one place and nobody manages a second calendar by hand.

Sites are bilingual by default, because the guest who books a Costa Brava property in July is rarely reading the same language as the owner.

Why direct matters

Every booking that arrives through a platform carries a commission, and the guest relationship stays with the platform rather than the property. A direct site does not replace the channels — it gives the property somewhere to send the traffic it has already earned through search, social, repeat guests and word of mouth.

Because we also shoot the photography and build the identity, the site launches with images made for its layout rather than cropped into it.
