Port Marina, Palamós
A new residential building rising on the first line of Palamós, developed by Girona Life Developers. Nine apartments facing the Mediterranean, designed around the open horizon and the rhythm of the port.
We documented both the construction phase and the setting the project will eventually inhabit. Drone footage frames the property in its full coastal context: the marina, the beaches of Cala de Morro and Del Vadell, the line where the Costa Brava meets open water. Ground level photography captured the construction site, the crew, and the moments of structural definition that shape the eventual experience of the homes.
New developments need this kind of content well before completion. Buyers commit to off plan properties largely on the strength of how the project is presented, and visual storytelling that captures both the build and the location moves the conversation forward. Completion is scheduled for April 2028.

The brief
Port Marina is a Girona Life Developers project in Palamós, on the Costa Brava, marketed while still under construction. As with any coastal development, the value proposition is inseparable from the setting: the port, the water, the town around it, and how the building sits between them.
The brief was a body of aerial and ground work that could carry a pre-sale campaign and document the build as it progressed.
How we approached it
Coastal drone work is a scheduling problem before it is a camera problem. Sea light on the Costa Brava changes fast, the Tramuntana can shut a flight down entirely, and a port is busy airspace with its own constraints. Flights were planned around wind windows and the hours when low sun gives the water and the coastline depth rather than glare.
The aerial sequence moves from wide context — the coastline, the marina, the town — down to the plot itself, so a buyer viewing remotely can place the building precisely. On the ground we documented construction stages as the structure came up.
What was delivered
Aerial photography, edited drone video, and a ground-level construction record, delivered for the developer's sales material and progress communications. Footage is graded and cut for both website use and the shorter vertical formats the sales team runs on social.
Flights follow Spanish and EU drone rules, including the coastal and port airspace restrictions that apply along this stretch of the Costa Brava.
